As a General Contractor I deal with a lot of Vendors over the years. A lot of my time is getting the information I require. Their office staff is educated in their product and their response time is terrific. When they say they will get right back to me they in amazing time frame…. sometimes within minutes. If you are in this industry, you will understand how important this is. They are very good at making sure that I am getting exactly what my client is expecting (finish lengths, widths, ties, shipping etc.). Over the years they have always given me great service and great product.
