Providing and fixing toilet cubicle systems of DEBO/STYLAM make and installed by Supercreations in standard dimensions of 900-1200mm width X 1500mm depth X 2400mm height, with a door size of 600mm width X 1830mm height and 12mm thickness.
The solid grade Compact Laminate panels made of Phenolic resins under high pressure and temperature having a density >1400 kg/m3, including doors, pilasters, and intermediate panels, are resistant to heat, bacteria, chemicals, scratches, and impact, with water immersion permissible increase on weight <0.60~0.8%.
The finished product will adhere to approved texture, shade, and drawing, detailed and developed according to IS-2046 and EN438 standards, and meet fire retardant BS-476/97 standards. The product should have a Green Guard Certificate. The toilet cubicle setup shall include necessary hardware fittings made of stainless steel (Grade-304 & 316), as per manufacturer’s specifications and approved by the engineer.

Door noise reduction tape
The top fitting arrangement shall comprise a heavy metal suspension concealed within the false ceiling to give a flush appearance. A SS 304/316 plate is fixed to the top of the pilaster. All screws should be of stainless steel (Grade-304/316). All pilasters shall be supported by Box-up shoe, giving a suspended floating look with a clearance height of 100mm. The intermediate panel shall be one continuous panel without any joints. All visible edges shall be chamfered.
